Yep...that's right.

I got a call last night that they wanted the house. They are in the process of finalizing their financing I think. So they are buying the house and 4 acres. That leaves us with 25.5 acres. Well... Then my dad calls me and tells me that he talked to one of my neighbors who is interested in the land. They came over yesterday afternoon and looked at it. They want it.

How did this happen so fast? We don't even have house plans yet.

So now, we have to negotiate on the lot we want to buy, talk to our architect, and find a place to rent.
